  • Bitto:

A radio-controlled boat is a boat controlled remotely with radio control equipment. A remote control which is same as the radio controlled. Radio control is the use of radio signals to remotely control a device. The term is used frequently to refer to the control of model vehicles from a hand-held radio transmitter. Industrial, military, and scientific research organizations make [traffic] use of radio-controlled vehicles as well.

  • Me again:

Basically nothing, except if the remote is connected to the boat by a wire. Then it’s not radio controlled.

  • bowtiessuck:

none, RC is an abbreviation for remote control, radio is what makes the remote work they are all the same

  • racer24crm:

    nothing

  • jtexas:

all three terms refer to the same concept, although "radio controlled" is more precise terminology than "remote controlled". I guess you can probably find some infrared remote controlled boats, like the helicopters.
